Silica Gel for Metal Scavenger

The organic synthesis methods using transition metal catalysts have been utilized in many applications these days such as “Suzuki-Miyaura” reaction. The removal of used metals from the reaction system was a major issue, and removing the residual heavy metals is just as important as developing the catalyst reaction process.

One of the removal methods is introducing a functional group that specifically binds metal to the solid surface and using it as a scavenger. We manufacture SCAVENGER SILICA with various functional groups on silica gel with large surface area, porous material.

It has high strength and solvent resistance. It can be widely used from research to plant level.
