Spirit of “ONE CUSTOMER ONE GRADE”

ONE CUSTOMER ONE GRADE

is an important belief of Fuji Silysia Chemical.

When I heard this from former President Takahashi, I was surprised  and unconsciously replied. “Do you mean that different products are offered to each customer?”

The sales staff communicates closely with customers and catches on to customer’s needs for the products continuously. They tell the requests to technical department and manufacturing staff and make products which incorporate those requests. Then, reach the customer’s requested product.

By doing so, our customers become fans of Fuji Silysia Chemical.

Reaching  “Only One” product that it does not compete with any other products to our customers.

We want to create any products which will make you think, “It has to be Fuji Silysia Chemical’s product.”

 

 

ONE CUSTOMER ONE GRADE – If all employees continue to hold this thought…

It is still midway there, but this thought is permeating among all employees, and we believe that dreams are being realized, little by little .
